Get to know our chapter leaders!
Hello everyone! My name is Kate Dixon, and I am Senior from Kingsport, Tennessee. I’m in the process of completing a dual degree in Marketing and Management with a minor in ISC. I have been involved with the chapter since the Fall of 2022 and am proud to be serving my second term as President. You can find me on campus giving tours of UK, serving on the academics committee for my sorority, Delta Zeta, or studying (talking) in Willy T! Outside of AKPsi, I love spending time with friends and family, reading, and listening to all kinds of music!
My name is John Abbott, and I’m from Bowling Green, Kentucky. I’m currently a Junior majoring in Accounting and Management. I was a part of the Spring ‘23 pledge class and am so excited to be serving on the E-Board this year. Outside of AKPsi, I’m an active member of Alphi Phi Omega as well as the Rising Leaders cohort. In my free time, I love to play volleyball and travel anywhere with friends!
Hi! My name is Emma White, and I am a senior from St. Louis, MO. I am majoring in marketing and management and minoring in integrated strategic communication. I joined AKPsi in the fall of 2023. Outside of AKPsi I love to go to UK football and basketball games, concerts, and hanging out with friends!
Hello! My name is Brooklyn Pickens and I’m from Petersburg, KY! I’m a Senior pursuing a Dual Degree in Marketing and Management with a minor in International Business. I am also earning a Certificate in Sales and a Certificate in Sport Communication, Media and Promotion. I have been involved with the chapter since the Fall of ‘23 and absolutely love this chapter! Outside of AKPsi, I serve as the Public Relations and Media Director for UK Hockey, Career Development Chair for Delta Zeta, Treasurer of Tri Alpha, and a ConnectFirst Peer Mentor. In my free time, you’ll most likely find me working at Starbucks in Willy T or at the KY Clinic. I love to travel, grab a sweet treat, and show off my cat Miso<3! I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, growing both personally and professionally, and making the most of every opportunity that comes my way!
Hi, my name is Sydney Cournaya and I am a Master’s student in Accounting. I also got my undergraduate in accounting at UK. I joined AKPsi in the Spring of 2023 and have loved my experience so far! Outside of AKPsi, I enjoy reading, going to concerts, and hanging out with friends! I am also currently pursuing my CPA!
Hi, my name is Sam Kahsay, and I’m serving as our chapter’s Warden this year. I’m a senior from Wheaton, Illinois majoring in Finance and Management. I joined AKPsi in the fall of 2024, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made at UK. Outside of AKPsi, I serve as Vice President of Finance for Beta Theta Pi and enjoy watching sports, traveling, and spending time with friends. Go Cats!
Hi Everyone! My name is Camaya Newton, I am born and raised in Atlanta, GA and I am a senior majoring in Integrated Strategic Communication with a Minor in Media Arts and Studies also pursuing a certificate in Innovative and Entrepreneurial thinking. I also serve as President and Vice President for two organizations and love connecting with new people, building community, and creating positive spaces for others. Outside of school, I enjoy shopping, cooking,yoga and learning American Sign Language.
Hi! I am Addie Fonderlin, a junior from Canfield Ohio. I am majoring in marketing, and joined AKPsi in the spring of 2024. I enjoy baking, working out, drinking coffee, and being surrounded by the people I love.
My name is Riley McCabe, and I am from Atlanta, Georgia. I am a senior, double-majoring in marketing and management. I joined AKPsi in the Fall of 2024 and have loved every second of it! Outside of AKPsi, I am an intern for UK Athletics and very involved with CSF. I enjoy working out, baking, and traveling!

Hi, my name is Andrew Coyle and I am super excited to be the Director of Recruitment for the 2025-2026 school year! I am a junior from Franklin, TN pursuing a dual degree in psychology and management, and have been in Alpha Kappa Psi since I rushed in Spring 2024. Outside of AKPsi, I enjoy running, watching sports, and listening to music.
Hi! My name is Landon Hurtte and I’m a sophomore from Henderson, KY. I’m currently double majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Business Analytics and joined AKPsi in the Fall of 2024. Outside of AKPsi, I enjoy playing tennis, acoustic guitar, and going to the gym!
Hey! My name is Caroline DuVall and I am from Northern Kentucky. I am majoring Marketing Management and completing a Sales certification. I joined AKPsi in of the Fall 2023. Outside of AKPsi, I am a Student Ambassador for the Summit Bechtel Reserve and member of the university’s climbing club. I also enjoy spending my time outside hiking, camping, and white-water rafting.
Hello! My name is Kaylee Jarrett and I’m from Louisville, KY! I’m a Senior pursuing my bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Data Analytics. I have been with the chapter since Spring of ‘23, and i <3 all of my brothers. As the Appeals Chair my goal is to uphold the integrity of the chapter. Outside of AKPsi I love to hike, read, play pickleball and tennis, & occasionally hit the driving range!
Hi! My name is Caleb Clayton and I’m from Louisville, Kentucky. I am a junior triple majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing, as well as getting Certificates in Financial Planning and Sales. I joined AKPSI in the fall of 2024. I have found my home at UK in AKPSI. Outside of AKPSI I love sports, music, movies, and hanging out with friends!
Hi! My name is Lily Walter and I am from Columbus, OH. I am a junior majoring in Finance and Psychology on a pre-law track. Outside of AKPsi, I am Director of Academic Excellence for Delta Delta Delta sorority, and have been busy studying for the LSAT! I’m so excited to serve in this position!
Hi everyone! My name is Ashley Hall, and I am a senior from Louisville, Kentucky. I am currently pursuing a degree in integrated strategic communication with a minor in communication. I joined AKPsi in the Fall of 2024 and I am so excited to help lead our pledges to success. Outside of AKPsi I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, watching movies, and traveling.

I joined AKPsi during the fall of 2024, and am so excited to work creatively with our chapter’s merch. Outside of AKPsi I am a member of UK’s National Student Advertising Competition team! Hi everybody! My name is Roumiana (Roumie) Mihaylova, and I’m a Lexington, Kentucky native! I am a Junior pursuing a dual degree in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Mathematics. I rushed last Fall, and am so excited to serve as the AKPsi Social Chair! Outside of AKPsi, you’ll find me rock climbing at the Johnson Center, sketching in Alumni Commons, or playing volleyball at the sand pit behind University Flats!
Hey! My name is Will Walters and I’m a Junior from the Elizabethtown, Kentucky area. I’m studying Management and Integrated Strategic Communication at UK. I rushed in Fall 2024 and am so grateful I did! AKPsi has brought so much joy and so many important people into my life! Outside of AKPsi, I love concerts, traveling, spending time with family, and (most of all) Taylor Swift :)

Outside of AKPsi, I'm involved with the Student Government Association, Student Activities Board, and UK Alumni Ambassadors.
